ABOUT BRIAN

Hello!

I’m Brian, a civil marriage celebrant (among other things!). I was born and raised about an hour outside of New York City in Connecticut. After uni, I caught some wanderlust and started travelling. While working as entertainment staff at a resort in the Caribbean I met the woman of my dreams; an Aussie of course! We now have two children and have settled in Sydney <3.

Fun facts! Apart from officiating and MCing weddings, I wear many hats in the events industry. Along with event managing and speaking at corporate conferences, I am an official Guinness World Records adjudicator trained at the headquarters in London.

I’m a huge fan of board games, hikes, and musical theatre. Finally I have a massive passion for acrobatics and circus arts, having performed with numerous troupes around the world including Cirque De La Mer.

I have an admiration for stories and the many forms in which they are told. Pulling from my experience as a performer, event manager and story enthusiast I started honing my craft of helping to communicate people’s love on their wedding days. Looking forward to hearing about yours!
