Making a Complaint

I will strive to give you a professional level of service from pre-meetings through to booking and delivery of your ceremony. If for any reason you believe I have not met the level of service, you expected I encourage you to discuss this matter with me first. I 100% appreciate any constructive feedback and will take it on board for future clients.
