Payment & Cancellations
Contract & Booking Fee
An invoice will be generated and sent to clients w/ basic outline of policies and request for booking fee ($200.00).
o This will include a contract highlighting that by signature of contract and paying of booking fee, clients agree to the policies of Brian Sobel – Celebrant & MC.
The booking fee of $200.00 will be requested upon verbal or written confirmation of booking.
Booking fee will secure the date & time requested by couple/client(s).
Remaining Balance
The agreed upon remaining balance:
o Will be due no later than 25 days before date of service.
A new invoice of remaining balance will be generated closer to date of service IF additional fees are required (parking, travel, etc.).
Cancellation by Brian Sobel
In the event of cancellation by me, Brian Sobel, a full refund (including Booking Fee) will be provided to client(s).
Reasons for cancellation would only be due to:
o Medical or Family Emergency
If desired, I will assist in finding a replacement celebrant and transfer any/all details including legal documents.
Cancellation by Client(s)
Cancellation earlier than 25 days before the ceremony date will result in a full refund of fees minus the initial booking fee.
Cancellation later than 25 days before the ceremony date will result in no refund. Full balance will not be refunded.
o This policy does include an element of discretion based on individual cases and scenarios.
If you choose a new celebrant, I will transfer legal documents to that celebrant.
Re-Scheduling
If available, Brian Sobel will re-schedule to your new date. No problem!
If Brian Sobel is unavailable for the new date, the above cancellation policies apply.
